Oklahoma energy stocks had a strong Monday

Monday was a good day for several Oklahoma energy companies as their shares made significant gains on the first full day of trading in 2021.

The strong showing came as crude oil prices dropped on Monday. West Texas Intermediate crude for February delivery fell 27 cents to $47.35, a change of 0.57% in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude lost 71 cents to settle at $51.09 a barrel in trading on ICE Futures Europe. It amounted to a 1.37% decline for Brent crude.

Natural gas finished up two cents at $2.60 per MMBtu, a change of 0.66%.

SandRidge Energy Inc. of Oklahoma City had the highest gain at nearly 11% (10.65%) as shares rose 33 cents and finished the day at $3.43.
Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. had a 17 cent increase as shares settled at $4.65 for a gain of nearly 4%.

Blueknight Energy Partners LP had a 3 cent increase for a gain of 1.52% to $2.01.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation finished up 8 cents for a 5.26% gain to $1.60.
Continental Resources, Inc. rose 85 cents for a 5.21% gain to $17.15.
Cypress Environmental Partners LP lost two cents for a nearly 1% drop to $2.28.
Devon Energy Corp rose 32 cents to finish at $16.13 for a 2.02% gain.
Enable Midstream Partners LP lost 20 cents and fell to $5.06 for a 3.80% drop for the day.
Gulfport Energy Corporation suffered a nearly 2% drop to 4 cents a share.
Helmerich & Payne, Inc. dropped two cents to $23.14.
LSB Industries, Inc. fell 11 cents or 3.24% to $3.28.
Laredo Petroleum Inc finished the day up 63 cents at $20.33, a gain of 3.20%
Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. dropped $1.03 for a downward slide of 2.43% and settled at $41.37.
Mammoth Energy Services Inc fell 7 cents to $4.38, a loss of 1.57%.
Matrix Service Co lost 32 cents or 2.90% and finished at $10.70.
NGL Energy Partners LP rose two cents or about 1% to $2.42.
OGE Energy Corp. finished up 8 cents at $31.94.
ONE Gas Inc lost $1.31 or about 2% and closed at $75.46.
ONEOK, Inc. fell 88 cents to $37.50, a 2.29% loss.
Ovintiv Inc jumped 66 cents to finish the day at $15.02, a gain of just about 5%.
PHX Minerals Inc settled up six cents at $2.36, a gain of 2.61%.
WPX Energy Inc saw an 18 cent jump to reach $8.32, a gain of 2.21%.
Williams Companies Inc closed up five cents at $20.10.

ExxonMobil (XOM) up 0.28 at 41.50 – change 0.67%

Kinder Morgan (KMI) down 0.11 at 13.56 – change 0.81%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) up 0.16 at 6.83 – change 2.39%

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) up 0.16 at 13.89 – change 1.16%

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) up 0.14 at 17.45 – change 0.80%

Parsley Energy (PE) down 0.05 at 14.15 – change 0.36%

Phillips 66 (PSX) down 0.06 at 69.88 – change 0.09%
