Stocks couldn’t hold onto Tuesday’s gains and fell in Wednesday’s trading

Wednesday proved to be another down day for trading of energy stocks. As oil futures dropped, so did the value of Oklahoma and related energy stocks.

Alliance Resource Partners was one of the few that actually saw an increase. It rose 5 cents for a 2% gain to $2.74. Blueknight Energy slipped one cent for a 1% decline to $1.35. Chesapeake Energy dropped 11 cents for a nearly 3% slide to $4.09.

Continental Resources closed down 27 cents or 2% at $13.09. Cypress Environmental Partners fell 3 cents or 1.43% to $2.13. Devon Energy dropped nearly 4% for a 34 cent fall to $8.63.

Enable Midstream Partners LP closed down about 1% or 4 cents to settle at $4.69. Helmerich and Payne finished at $14.52 for a 24 cent drop or nearly a 2% decline. LSB Industries finished down a penny at $2.20 per share.
Laredo Petroleum closed down 31 cents or 3.51% at $8.51. Magellan Midstream Partners took a 53 cent drop or decline of 1.45% to settle at $36.02. Mammoth Energy Services finished up a penny or 1% at $1.64.
Matrix Service Co. saw an 8 cent or 1% gain to $7.99. NGL Energy Partners closed unchanged at $3.62. OGE Energy Corp. dropped 57 cents or 2% to $31.64.
ONE Gas added 65 cents for a 1% gain to $72.95. ONEOK fell 2% or 49 cents to $28.43. Ovintiv Inc. closed at $9.38 for a 17 cent loss or about 2%.
PHX, the newly-renamed Panhandle Oil and Gas lost 3 cents or about 2% to end the day at $1.57. SandRidge Energy added 6 cents which amounted to a nearly 4% gain to reach $1.70. WPX Energy ended down 16 cents or 3.51% to $4.40. Williams Cos. finished down 2% or 39 cents to $19.30.

Concho Resources (CXO) down 2.83 at 44.28 – change 6.01%

ConocoPhillips (COP) down 1.94 at 30.64 – change 5.96%

Diamondback Energy (FANG) down 0.74 at 27.71 – change 2.61%

Energy Transfer LP (ET) down 0.09 at 5.83 – change 1.53%

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) down 0.08 at 17.09 – change 0.47%

EOG Resources (EOG) down 1.16 at 35.11 – change 3.20%

ExxonMobil (XOM) down 0.54 at 33.15 – change 1.61%

Kinder Morgan (KMI) down 0.15 at 12.53 – change 1.19%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) down 0.05 at 4.10 – change 1.21%

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) down 0.13 at 9.01 – change 1.43%

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) down 0.41 at 9.66 – change 4.08%

Parsley Energy (PE) down 0.89 at 9.73 – change 8.39%

Phillips 66 (PSX) down 0.87 at 48.72 – change 1.76%

Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) down 5.09 at 78.44 – change 6.10%

Valero (VLO) down 0.16 at 40.54 – change 0.40%
