Tulsa’s Unit Corporation is extending its offer for senior notes, an offer first announced in early November 2019.
The company stated on Monday that the extension for the 6.625% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2021, newly-issued 10.000% Senior Secured notes due 2024 and 7.000% Junior Secured notes due 2025 will now be Friday, January 31, 2020.
The deadline had previously been Friday, January 10, 2020.
