ONEOK offers $2 billion in notes

A day after filing a prospectus with intentions to offer notes, Tulsa’s ONEOK made a a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission detailing a $2 billion offer in notes.

The company’s  SEC filing laid out what notes will be offered, their due dates and how much value the notes will have.

The offering includes $500,000,000 in 2.75% notes due 2024; $750,000,000 in 3.40% notes due 2029 and $750,000,000 in 4.45% notes due 2049.
