ConocoPhillips announced a quarterly dividend of 30.5 cents per share.
It will be payable Sept. 3, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 22, 2019.
The company previously announced the same quarterly 30.5 cent a share dividend in May. It was payable June 3, 2019.
The announcement was made as the company also prepares to release its quarterly financial report on July 30, 2019.
