On June 12, he acquired another 15,000 and each had a value of $14.4962. The acquisitions gave him a total of 1,156,417 shares in the company.
Krimbill has been the Chief Executive Officer of NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the Partner of NGL Energy Partners LP and High Sierra Energy GP, LLC since 2010. He also serves as the president at High Sierra Water-Eagle Ford LLC.
He previously was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners LP from 2004 through 2007 and was a former director of Energy Transfer Equity, the general partners of Energy Transfer Partners.
