Oklahoma City’s Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. plans to release its first quarter financial results this month.
The report will be released after the close of markets on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
Company management will hold a conference call on Thursday, May 9 at 10 a.m. CDT to discuss the results.
Investors await word whether the company will report improved earnings after it had a net loss of nearly $51 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2018. It previously had net income of $0.4 million for the fourth quarter of the previous year.
The company blamed much of the loss on impairment charges of $40.7 million and $10 million related to the Partnership’s Oklahoma pipeline system and the Cimarron Express Pipeline project.
For all of 2018, Blueknight reported a net loss of $42 million as compared to net income of $20 million in 2017.
