Acquisition of shares reported by Chesapeake Management

 

Management at Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy made filings this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission detailing their receipt of company shares.

Robert D. Lawler, CEO received 968,014 shares, a move that leaves him owning 5,278,332 shares in the company.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Demonic J. Dell’Osso Jr. received 589,226 shares. He now owns 2,058,317 shares in Chesapeake Energy.

Frank J. Patterson, the Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production received 572,391 shares and now owns 1,420,245 shares.

The company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, James R. Webb received 505,051 shares and owns a total of 1,461,042 shares in the corporation.

Executive Vice President  of Operations, M. Jason Pigott reported receipt of 471,381 shares. He owns a total of 1,511,361 shares.

Chesapeake’s Senior Vice Preident and Chief Accounting Officer William M. Buergler received 202,021 and owns a total of 419,007 shares in the firm.
