OGE Directors acquire more shares in the company

Recent filings at the Securities and Exchange Commission by Oklahoma Gas and Electric show company leadership acquiring more shares in the company.

Three directors, Luke R. Corbett, David L. Hauser and J. Michael Sanner each acquired thousands of shares in recent days.

Corbett, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee corporation has been on the OGE Board since 1996 and also sits on the Boards of Directors at Chesapeake Energy and Anadarko Petroleum. He acquired 626,409 shares at a value of $24,999,983 giving him total ownership of 135,935,707 OGE shares.

David L. Hauser, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FairPoint Communications in North Carolina has been on the OGE board since 2015. He acquired 93,961 OGE shares valued at $3,749,983. The move gives him 15,817,341 shares in OGE.

 

Director J. Michael Sanner acquired 375,845 OGE shares valued at $14,999,974. It leaves him with 8,797,755 shares in the company. Sanner is a retired audit partner of the Ernst and Young LLPL accounting firm. He has been a member of OGE’s board since 2017.
