Tulsa-based Cypress Energy Partners, L.P. announced a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2018.
The midstream company’s board of directors okayed a distribution of 21 cents a share, the same amount as approved for the third quarter of 2018. It will be payable on Feb. 14, 2019 to unitholders of record on Feb. 7, 2019.
The firm has yet to announce its fourth quarter earnings, however revenues for the third quarter 2018 totaled $84.8 million. It was a 9% increase over the third quarter of 2017 and an increase of 11% from the second quarter of 2018.
