Tulsa-based Williams announced Tuesday that its board of directors approved a regular dividend of $0.20 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 9, 2016.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
