Engineer Bob Jackman admits it. He’s a long time critic of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the office of governor Mary Fallin over their handling of the state’s response to injection wells and earthquakes.

Now he’s raising the question why the state is not employing satellites in monitoring any pattern changes of earth, especially in a 20-county area prone to earthquakes.

He says the “eye in the sky” has already been proven in east Texas.

“The OCC seems to have a disconnect between some of these newer and better tools,” said Jackman in an interview with OK Energy Today. “The satellite coverage could be utilized. It can be used to identify villain disposal wells.”
