Oklahoma experienced another loss before the State Supreme Court in its fight to defend the two-year old Energy Discrimination Elimination Act.
The Court rejected the Attorney General’s bid to stop former legislator Collin Walke from continuing the fight after his client, Don Keenan, 81, died in April. It also proved to be a discussion of Scott Mitchell talks energy with Jerry Bohnen.
