Just a few months after increasing its 2025 expected annual synergy target by $175 million, Expand Energy of Oklahoma City prepares to release its first quarter 2025 earnings report.
The company had $382 million in net cash from operating activities and a $399 million net loss in the fourth quarter. Investors will learn next week whether things improved. Expand plans to release its first quarter operational and financial results after the maraket closes on April 29.
A conference call featuring company leaders will be held the next morning, Wednesday, April 30 at 8 o’clock Oklahoma time.
In the fourth quarter, Expand’s adjusted net income was $131 million and 55 cents a share while adjusted EBITDAX totaled $964 million. Operating an average of 12 rigs that drilled 44 wells in the fourth quarter, the company produced 6.41 Bcfe a day. With an increase in captured synergy in 2025, Expand forecast expected production to grow go 7.1 Bcfe/d.
