Workers charged with pollution of Oklahoma County creek

  Oklahoma County prosecutors recently filed two Bethany-Warr Acres wastewater treatment plant workers with felony charges of allowing sewage to leak into a northwest county creek. Gas firm makes another gas-acreage acquisition in Marcellus Shale

  Pennsylvania-based WhiteHawk Energy, LLC, the company that tried unsuccessfully in 2023 to acquire Fort Worth-based PHX Minerals announced this week a $118 million deal to double its ownership interest in Marcellus Shale royalties.
