Just as some Oklahoma landowners have voiced opposition to the way they are treated by electrical transmission line developers, so is the same debate in North Dakota.
They recently made their arguments known in the legislature against a bill to remove zoning decisions for such projects away from local governments and put it in the hands of the state.
