APA Corp., the company formerly known as Apache confirms it cut about 300 employees from its global workforce which amounts to a nearly 15% reduction. It still has about 2,000 employees.
APA, with operations from the Permian Basin to the North Sea, had been criticized by investors for being stretched too thin.
