ONE Gas, Inc. says it will hold its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders as a cirtual meeting in May.
The date will be Thursday, May 22 and the meeting will begin at 9 a.m. central daylight time. The meeting will also be audio webcast on the ONE Gas website, www.onegas.com.
The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting and to vote is March 24, 2025.
The Tulsa-based corporation provides service to more than 2.3 million customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. Its subsidiaries include Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service. The Kansas Gas Service and ONG are the largest natural gas distributors in their respective states while Texas Gas Service is the third largest provider in Texas.
