A new addition to the 21-member Oklahoma Energy Resources Board of directors was named this week.
Chuck Walton, with EOG Resources, is a Division Land Manager and has more than 20 years of experience as a Landman. He joined EOG Resources in 2007 and started his career as an Independent Landman before he was hired by EOG’s Fort Worth Division to work the Barnett Shale in 2011.
In 2017, he was transferred to EOG’s Oklahoma City Division, where shortly thereafter he was promoted to Division Land Manager.
“I am honored to join the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board in its vital mission of promoting industry innovation and environmental stewardship within Oklahoma’s energy sector,” said Walton. “I’m eager to be part of the meaningful work of investing in our communities through the advancement of education and environmental restoration in Oklahoma.”
