The fastest growing occupation over the next several years in South Dakota will be someone who works high above the ground and strapped to machinery.
Wind turbine service technicians who work a few hundred feet up in the air.
The state’s Department of Labor and Regulation is out with a re port showing occupational employment projects for 2022 through 2032 and the wind techs are ranked number one. They also made the top spot on a national list.
