On August 5, 2024, a grand jury in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma indicted Bryce Daniel Hubbard for one count of interference with the operation of an aircraft.
The Tulsa Police Department previously arrested Hubbard for allegedly shooting a firearm at a Tulsa Police helicopter while in flight on or about December 4, 2023.
The Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Transportation announced the indictment following an investigation in cooperation with the Tulsa Police Department.
