SandRidge Energy Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Salah Gamoudi is leaving the company.
He notified the board of directors of his resignation to be effective September 27 “to pursue other opportunities,” according to a company announcement.
“Mr. Gamoudi is not resigning from the Company as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the
Company’s operations, policies, or practices,” stated SandRidge. The company thanked Gamoudi for his service and wished him well on his future endeavors.
SandRidge stated that Brandon L. Brown, Sr. was appointed as the Senior VP and CFO. The 45-year old Brown has served as the company’s Vice President of Accounting since March 2023 and was Corporate Controller since June 2020. He previously was employed at Black Stone Minerals, L.P. , Goodrich Petroleum Corporation, and Ernst & Young LLP.
