While pushing his clean energy plans, President Biden resorted to mocking Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert during a Wednesday speech in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
In his remarks, he discussed how climate change has led to the creation of jobs and pointed to a wind plant being constructed in Pueblo, Colorado.
