Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners are scheduled to hold a special meeting Wednesday afternoon to consider a number of issues.
During the 2 p.m. meeting, Commissioners will hold a discussion on recent Transportation Division activity for motor carrier enforcement, ports of entry and weigh stations.
The commission’s 24-hour signing agenda includes a vote on the stipulation and settlement agreement regarding the emergency application of Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corporation for recovery of extraordinary gas supply costs arising from the 2021 winter storm.
The signing agenda includes an order to grant a protective order to Oklahoma Natural Gas regarding its request for a fuel adjustment clause focusing on the calendar year 2022.
