The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 95.5 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.82 per share.
The dividend is payable Aug. 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 1, 2023.
In January 2023, ONEOK announced a 2% increase in its quarterly dividend, extending its more than 25-year history of dividend stability. Since 2017, ONEOK has paid approximately $9 billion in dividends to shareholders.
