Latest wells completed in Oklahoma

They weren’t eye-popping numbers, but two Canadian County wells on a single pad had more than 400 barrels of oil in combined production for Citizen Energy III LLC of Tulsa.

The company’s completion report showed both of the Walther wells, drilled at 1 10N 6W, a site about 3 miles southwest of the city of Mustang, were completed April 25, 2023.

The Walther 3h-1-12, with a drilled depth of 17,610 feet, produced 160 barrels of oil a day and 1,167 Mcf of natural gas. Its true vertical depth was 9,388 feet according to the completion report which also showed a July 2022 spud date.

The Walther 4h-1-12 produced 258 barrels of oil a day and 1,801 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 17,797 feet and a true vertical depth of 9,422 feet. The completion report showed it had been spud in late July of last year.

Their combined production was 418 barrels of oil a day.

A Kingfisher County well produced 354 barrels of oil a day and 333 Mcf of natural gas for BCE-Mach III LLC when it was completed in early March of this year.

The East Hennessey Unit 268ho, located at 33 19N 6W or 3 miles southeast of the city of Hennessey, had a drilled depth of 13,990 feet. The completion report showed a true vertical depth of 6,311 feet and a spud date of early January 2023.

McClain County had another producing oil well, the Candi 1411 5h, drilled by EOG Resources Inc. of Oklahoma City.

Located at 23 8N 4W, or about 4 miles northeast of Blanchard, the well produced 207 barrels of oil a day and 149 Mcf of natural gas. Drilled depth was 20,325 feet and the completion report showed its true vertical depth was 9,271 feet.

The well was spud in December of 2022.
