First there was the $80 million fourth quarter loss reported recently by electric vehicle maker Canoo, the firm with plans for manufacturing plants in Pryor and Oklahoma City.

Now there is a report that Canoo missed a key deadline and with it up to $10 million in state incentives from Oklahoma over the company’s failure to start work on the factory in Pryor. It could also mean Canoo will forfeit the right to collect millions more in state money according to a report by The Frontier.
