Gulfport Energy sets annual meeting for May

 

 

Oklahoma City-based Gulfport Energy plans to hold its annual shareholders meeting May 24 at its headquarters.

The in-person meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the headquarters, 713 Market Drive.

The agenda calls for the election of seven directors to serve for the next year as well as the ratification of the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the company’s independent auditors.

The directors include: Gulfport Energy chairman Timothy Cutt; David Wolf, a partner at Enduring Resources; Guillermo “Bill” Martinez, Executive Vice President and COO at Mitsui E&P USA LLC; Jason Martinez, Managing Director at Pickering Energy Partners; David Reganato, Partner at Silver Point Capital; John Reinhart, President and CEO at Gulfport Energy; and Mary Shafer-Malicki, Director at Callon Petroleum.

Another item to be decided by shareholders will be the compensation paid to company executives and a separate matter about the frequency of advisory stockholder votes on the compensation.
