A study contends that thousands of pounds of those so-called “forever chemicals” were injected into Texas oil and gas wells over the past decade.
The study by Physicians for Social Responsibility found that since 2013, oil and gas companies used more than 21 tons of a class of extremely toxic and persistent chemicals reported Fox News.
