A rancher who sued over wind farm development on the land he leased from the State of New Mexico ended up this week in New Mexico Supreme Court.
The Blanchard Corona Ranch contended the wind lease development interfered with his grazing leases and abilities to raise cattle on the state trust land reported the New Mexico Political Report.
