As of noon Thursday, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority brought a halt to its work on developing the $5 billion ACCESS Oklahoma toll road expansion plan.

Vendors were notified by email that the Authority had not anticipated a Cleveland County District Judge’s ruling that turnpike officials had “willfully” violated Oklahoma’s Open Meeting Act.
