Arkoma Basin yields four natural gas wells for Canyon Creek Energy

Tulsa’s Canyon Creek Energy Arkoma LLC filed recent completion reports on four Coal County gas wells with combined production of more than 15,000 Mcf of natural gas a day.

All four wells, drilled on a single pad and located at 12 3N 10E, a site several miles north of the city of Coalgate, produced in the Woodford play. The D5r-3 3hr, completed Sept. 18 of this year produced 4,422 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 14,854 feet. The completion report showed the well had been spudded in May, 2022.

Canyon Creek Energy

The D5r-e 4h, completed Sept. 20, 2022, produced 4,190 Mcf of natural gas a day from a drilled depth of 13,057 feet. The well had a May 11 spud date according to the completion report.

The third well, the D5r-e 2hr, with a drilled depth of 9,716 feet, produced 2,2818 Mcf of natural gas a day following completion on Sept. 27, 2022. It was spudded in mid-May.

The last well, the D54-e 1hr, produced 3,897 Mcf of natural gas a day. Its drilled depth was 14,410 feet and completion was Sept. 18, 2022. The completion report showed a spudding on May 14, 2022.

Combined production from the four wells was 15,327 Mcf of natural gas a day.
