President’s pledge of all-electric federal fleet is hardly out of the starting blocks

President Biden’s push for electric vehicles in the U.S. isn’t going as well as he might like.

A year after he pledged to convert the government fleet all electric, the movement is lagging according to a report by the Associated Press.
