The small town of Yale in northern Oklahoma avoided bankruptcy this week over its massive bills with a natural gas supplier stemming from the February 2021 winter storm Uri.
The Stillwater News Press reported the town was able to avoid declaring bankruptcy for its Water and Sewage Trust Authority that had been sued by BlueMark Energy, LLC.
