One former Oklahoma legislative leader says deregulating utilities would be bad for Oklahomans.
It’s the opinion of Rep. Garry Mize who chaired the House Utilities Committee until he decided not to seek re-election and wrote about his stance in the Viewpoints section of the Sunday Oklahoman.
