Try as he might, AARP Oklahoma Director Sean Voskuhl can’t convince Oklahoma Corporation Commission chairwoman Dana Murphy to adopt a moratorium on utility rate hikes.
Murphy responded to Voskuhl’s plea, writing him earlier this month that by state law, she cannot stop utilities from seeking rate adjustments according to a report by The Oklahoman.
