The second-quarter 2022 financial results of Williams Companies will be released in a few weeks.
The Tulsa-based company stated this week the financial report will be released after the close of markets on Monday, Aug. 1 of this year.
The company’s second-quarter 2022 earnings conference call and webcast with analysts and investors is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (8:30 a.m. Central Time).
Williams saw a 16% year to year increase in the first quarter when it had adjusted net income of $499 million or 41 cents a diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA was $1.511 billion, which was $96 million or 7% more the first quarter of 2021.
