Iowa farmers went before a state board this week asking that the power of imminent domain be revoked in the proposed construction of three carbon-capture pipelines in the state.
Their plea was made to the Iowa Utilities Board as the farmers made it clear they do not want to be forced into selling land for the projects reported the Ames Tribune.
