Reports filed this week with Oklahoma regulators are apparent signs of energy companies finally filing completions on wells that they had been sitting on for the past year to two.
Oklahoma City-based CPRP Services filed completion reports this week on a three-well single pad project in McClain County with production of more than 1,500 barrels of oil a day.
The Tecate 0604 34-3-3wxh,the largest producer with 800 barrels of oil a day and 1,664 Mcf of natural gas was on a single pad located at 27 6N 4W.
The well had a September 2021 spud date according to the completion report.
The site is just north of the city of Lindsay. The first well was completed in January of this year and had a drilled depth of 18843 feet.
Tecate 0604 34-3-2mxh was completed in January with production of 416 barrels of oil a day and 668 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 19,099 feet. The completion report showed a July spud date.
The third well, the Tecate 0604 34-3-4mxh, was also completed in January and produced 342 barrels of oil a day and 275 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 18,220 feet. It had an August 2021 spud date according to its completion report.
Paloma Operating Co. Inc. filed reports this week on two Canadian County wells drilled on a single pad in May of 2019.
Located at 17 12N 8W, the Summer Moon 8-5-12n-8w 3mhx produced 90 barrels of oil a day and 2,879 Mcf of natural gas while Summer Moon 8-5-12n-8w 5whx produced 97 barrels of oil a day and 1,749 Mcf of natural gas.
