In a frank discussion about energy, inflation and rising crude oil and gasoline prices, Devon Energy leader Rick Muncrief admits he is puzzled the White House hasn’t reached out to the oil and gas industry rather than vilifying it.
In an interview this week in New York, Devon’s Chief Executive Officer extended an offer to President Biden to sit down and consider boosting oil output to do something about gasoline prices and inflation.
He told Bloomberg, no one from the White House has reached out to him.
