Crude prices were mixed on Tuesday while OK energy stocks were strong

Disposal wells shut-in following northern Oklahoma quake

  Oklahoma regulators came out with a formal directive on Tuesday regarding the 4.5 magnitude earthquake that struck Monday morning in northern Oklahoma.
