Kansas Gas Service, the subsidiary of ONE Gas based in Tulsa is attempting to reach a deal to recover $100 million from its large customers who didn’t provide enough natural gas during the historic February winter storm.
The Kansas Reflector reported a settlement plan was filed last week with Kansas regulators by Kansas Gas and others to assess $105 million in penalties to marketers.
