New proposal offered by Exxon to locked out workers in Texas

  A first concession in the form of a new contract proposal was offered this week by Exxon Mobil Corp in its lockout of workers at the company’s refinery and lube oil plant in Beaumont, Texas. The nearly 650 workers have been locked out since May 1 reported Reuters. Click here for Reuters.

OGE Energy Corp.’s quarterly dividend increased

      OGE Energy Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to $0.41 per share from $0.4025 per share, which equates to $1.64 per share annually.
