Two oil and gas midstream companies in the Permian Basin recently announced they will combine their resources in southeast New Mexico and West Texas.
The deal was revealed by pipeline operator Plains All American and Oryx Midstream. The two say they are forming a new venture called Plains Oryx Permian reported the Carlsbad Current Argus.
