Evergy customers criticize company’s sustainability plan

 

NEPRA approves tariff relief for K-Electric consumers

 

Consumers of the Kansas-based utility Evergy are finally having their voices heard about the company’s $8.9 billion plan to update its infrastructure. And they apparently don’t like it.

The Kansas Reflector reports the public thinks the project is too expensive and doesn’t focus enough on moving the electricity utility away from coal power.
