If California Gov. Gavin Newsome isn’t worried about possibly losing another corporation to Texas, perhaps he should be following word that EV maker Canoo is opening offices in Dallas.
The Los Angeles Business Journal reported recently the company is diversifying its operations by expanding to other states.
