Crude oil prices fell again taking Oklahoma energy stocks with them

 

Crude oil prices had more bumps this week than a washboard road in western Oklahoma. Prices on Thursday lost most of the gains they made on Wednesday, falling below the $60 mark.

Western Texas Intermediate crude for May deliver dropped $2.26 to $58.56 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude for May deliver fell $2.46 to $61.95 a barrel in trading on ICE Futures Europe.

April natural gas rose 5 cents to $2.57 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Oklahoma energy stocks endured losses too while LSB Industries Inc. had the biggest gain of the day at 4.68% as its shares rose 19 cents to reach $4.25.

Cypress Environmental Partners suffered the biggest loss of the day at nearly 11%. Its shares lost 10.74% on a 29 cent fall to $2.41.

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. scored a 12 cent increase for a 2.20% gain to $5.58.
Blueknight Energy Partners LP gained 2.23% on a 7 cent hike to $3.21.
Chesapeake Energy rose 56 cents for a 1.35% gain to $42.16.
Cimarex Energy Co gained 1.28% on a 74 cent increase to $58.67.
Continental Resources fell 9 cents for a loss of 0.35% to $25.89.
Devon Energy made a slight increase of one cent to $22.35.
Enable Midstream Partners gained 2.15% on a 14 cent increase to $6.65.
Gulfport Energy Corporation lost 6.51% to settle at $0.056 cents.
Helmerich & Payne added 31 cents to reach $27.59 for a 1.14% gain.
Magellan Midstream Partners rose 2 cents to $42.59.
Mammoth Energy Services Inc dropped one cent to $4.95 for a loss of 0.20%.
Matrix Service Co. finished up 16 cents at $12.73 and a gain of 1.27%.
NGL Energy Partners fell 3 cents to $2.14 for a loss of 1.38%.
OGE Energy Corp ended the day up 23 cents at $32.25 and a gain of nearly 1%.
ONE Gas Inc rose 75 cents to reach $75.22 and a 1% gain.
ONEOK jumped 95 cents for a nearly 2% gain to $49.69.
Ovintiv Inc . added 15 cents to finish the day at $23.96 and a gain of less than 1%.
PHX Minerals dropped 8 cents for a 2.58% loss to $3.02.
SandRidge Energy Inc. slipped one cent to $3.95 and a loss of 0.25%.
Williams Companies Inc. closed up 45 cents at $23.94 and a gain of nearly 2%.
 The falling oil prices had the same  effect on other energy stocks according to the Texas Energy Report.
