High winds caused 4% fall in North Dakota oil production

  North Dakota officials blame 90-mile an hour winds in January for causing a nearly 4% drop in the state’s January oil production. Crude oil prices fell along with rig numbers

    While U.S. drillers cut back their rigs in the past week, crude oil prices settled just under $70 a barrel on Friday.
