HollyFrontier Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.35 per share, payable on December 7, 2020 to holders of record of common stock on November 23, 2020.
The dividend is the same amount as one declared in the second quarter 2020 when HollyFrontier also reported a second quarter net loss of nearly $177 million to stockholders or $1.09 per diluted share.
HollyFrontier Corporation, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer that produces high value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel and other specialty products.
