As of Sept. 1, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission will resume collection of Court Clerk filing fees.
The recent announcement by Maribeth Snapp, Judicial, Legislative Services Director for the Commission indicated that all court filing fees must be paid by check payable to “Oklahoma Corporation Commission” and mailed to the commission.
Invoices made by the commission will be sent to the email address used for the submission of the documents for filing.
“All parties will be notified by announcement posted on our website and via GovDelivery subscription lists when any changes to this payment methodology are made,” stated Snapp.
As previously announced, court hearings will continue via telephone or the Scopia audio/video conferencing system.
